Please note:
- In order to rent the Community Center you must be a homeowner and/or resident of the Covington Community.
- If you are a tenant, you must have a signed Homeowner Authorization form stating permission from the homeowner that you may utilize the center.
- For our neighbors: Residents of Meridian Apartments & Pin Oak Senior Homes - please call or come to the center and speak with the center staff.
COSTS:
- Rates: Homeowner/Tenant: $350 rental usage fee & $300 security deposit DUE at the time of reservation along with signed agreement, for a total of $650 paid by certified check, money order, or credit card.
- Rates: Non-Resident (Meridian Apts & Pin Oak Senior Homes): $650 usage fee & $700 security deposit.
- Event rentals are for a flat rate of 6 hours and include the set up, actual event, and clean up.
- Maximum Occupy Capacity: 75
- Sunday-Thursday: Events must end by 10pm (including clean-up).
- Friday & Saturday: Events must end by 12:30am (including clean-up).
- No event can start before 12pm NOON on any day.
- Any event beginning or ending 7pm or later requires a uniformed police officer with arrest authority in Bowie, Prince George's County, or Maryland to be in attendance.
